Hi Rahul,
As the exams are getting nearer with only 2 months in hand now, I know you are stressed but what us really required of you is to just focus on the goal and try not to worry about it so much. Worrying will not help you rather it will only lead you to self-doubt.
Thorough practise, a smart study schedule and mock tests is what will help you out the best. My personal advice to you would be to upgrade to more difficult question sets in all three subjects. You can find a lot many mock tests and practice papers online (A few of the websites' link are given below). If you can excel difficult questions then you can definitely score well in the medium and easy questions.

Secondly, increase your study hours but only realistically by 1 or 2 hours and not more than that if you know you cannot sit through them. And divide your preparation in a way that you cover maximum portions by minum efforts, therefore, be a smart worker. You do not have the liberty of spending days trying to figure out a particular question or topic, therefore, study each subject, everyday and keep timed targets for yourself. Accountability leads to disciplined results, therefore, kee track of how many questions you are solving within an hour and then increase it by +5 or +10 everyday. For example, if you solve a total of 60 questions (including PCM) in 3 hours then try to increase it to 90 or even 100 the next day.
Focus more on the topics that you are not confident of but which have a scope of improvement rather than only polishing what you already are good at. Not that I am saying you need to completey ignore it but try imroving your chances of scoring more by improving in other topics too.
Consistency is the key and you need to be at it but do not stress or exhaust yourself too much. Think of it as your make or break shot and put in all your energy into this, it's only a matter of 2 more months now.
These are just a few tips that I have for you which will hopefully help you out, therefore, just try to incorporate them and do not be scared of the outcome already, you can do it!
I wish you all the very best and if you need any more help then kindly contact me, I'll be more than glad to guide you.
