Yes without giving Jee mains exam you can get admission in engineering colleges as there are several colleges in India which admits students without attending the JEE exam.
Those colleges would be admitting students based on either plus two marks or their respective entrance exam like KEAM in kerala , SRMJEE for SRM etc. If you have not attended any entrance exam please go for the ones who considers only plus two marks.
1.) Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani.
2.) Netaji Subhas Institute of Technology, Delhi.
3.) Maharashtra Institute of Technology, Pune.
4.) Anna University.
5.) Manipal Institute of Technology, Karnataka.
6.) VIT University.
7.) BMS College of Engineering (BMSCE), Bengaluru.
8.) SRM University, Chennai.

See there are many engineering entrance exams which gives admission in the different engineering colleges other than NITs , IITs , IIITs and GFTIs. U can opt for the COMEDK exam if u want to take admission in good state and national colleges. U can also apply for other private institutions like SRM , LPU etc for pushing ur btech courses.
