I don't understand your question but if you are asking that what will happen if you don't verify your email id then the answer is there will be nothing fatal about it. But it always better to sync your email id with the examination board as the email have cloud data storage facility so you will not lost your documents or notifications. But if you have only mobile number verified then if sometime the phone get damaged then you will lost your data. So its always better for you to sync your Email id.
