I have not opted CS in 11 and not know anything about computer but if I take CSE branch then I have to face lots of problem or not at all

Hello,
Not at all.
You will get to know all programming basics from the beginning and you will not face any problem at all even if you have not taken CS in class 11th and 12th.
You will get to know basic programming language first i.e C.
