That is very hard.
To score such good marks is very hard by studying only for 4 days.
Still I suggest you to quickly glance over important topics which are mostly asked in previous papers.

Chances are less...
Though focus on chemistry more to score good.
Atleast remember basic formulas in physics and mathematics.
At last moment chemistry can only be a hope.
