If you did not register or pay the caution deposit for KEA NEET 2nd round counselling, you cannot participate in that round. Registration and fee payment are mandatory for seat allotment. However, you may still get a chance in the mop-up or stray vacancy round if KEA allows fresh registrations. Keep checking the official KEA website for notices and updates. Without caution deposit payment, you cannot claim a seat in the current round.

If you have not registered  for 2nd round you won't be considered for seat allotment in that around , so  if you got alloted or accepted for round 1 then it's ok , unless kea  rules mention  mandatory participants for 2nd round , & if you didn't get a seat in round 1 and also skip round 2 you'll simply not be Part of process in that around .
