I have not taken computer science as a subject in class 12 so can I cope up with CSE in B tech.

Hii.
As per your question , if you had done CSE in 12th then there will be some help in the CSE subject as you had some practice of codes and the the language would not be new for you.
But if you don't had CSE in 12th then don't need to worry. you just had to work little hard than others who knew.And the part which had been taught in 12 is quite less.so you don't need to worry

Hey Vibhuti!

Its fine if you had not taken Computer in Class 12.
Yes you can cope up easily in Btech cse if you put constant efforts.
There is no need to to get worried about it because there would be many other students like you in the class and faculty will teach the subjects accordingly.
Moreover you will surely have a course about C-Programming in your first year which will provide you basics for programming language amd to learn what is programming.
