I have not taken CS as my fifth subject in 11 and 12 so can I pursue engineering from Computer Science .

Yes, you can pursue your engineering. CS is not the compulsory subject you should have P/C/M as your subjects in class 12th to go for engineering.

As the session is already over but generally to pursue Engineering or B.Tech course only PCM subjects are reuqired. Also, you can check the below provided Jee eligibility criteria below and let me know if you have any doubt -

I know I can but I think it will be bit thougher for me.
Of course friend, Even I am also not pursue cs in my 11th and 12th but not I studying cse from sinhgad Institute.
