I am extremely sorry to inform you dear but with 140 marks you cannot get BAMS

This is because,

You have failed to qualify Neet examination as Neet 2020 cut off for different categories is

Category    cutoff percentile       cut off marks

General/ews       50                     720  -  147
UR-PWD            45                     146 - 129
Obc/Sc/st         40                      146  -  113

So , being from ews category, you need at least 147 marks is required to qualify Neet , thus with 140  marks you have failed in neet and so cannot get admission
