In 2019 the cutoff marks i.e. marks of last student who got admission to government medical colleges in Uttar Pradesh under EWS category had following marks
So your target should be to secure 600+ marks and under 10k rank to assure your admission to government medical college.

- Autonomous Medical College, Basti: 575 marks 14546 rank
- Autonomous Medical College , Bahraich: 575 marks 14731 rank

if I had to score 600+ even for U.P. , it's better I will prefer a college in Delhi.
