Firstly I congratulate you on securing a rank of 21,679 in some entrance examination and now to answer your question, since you have not mentioned the name of the entrance examination you appeared in therefore I would assume that you are referring to JEE Mains and so according to that you would most definitely be able to secure a seat in most of the NITs in the most accredited branches such as CSE, ECE or IT.
