Yes, any candidate having more than 55% in General/ OBC category is eligible to appear for JAM exam as mentioned in the eligibility criterion follow this link :

However, Enrollment for JAM 2019 is closed as Mentioned in the official Website.

But on some fundamental subjects like physics,chemistry etc i got less than 55% nd other subj..i got 70 or 80.Total 56%.Is not any problem for me.

If this is not mentioned in the eligibility then you should not worry as fas as appearing for exams are concerned but for further process you should check institutes website
