You haven't mentioned which state ICET your query is about. Based one the information available in your profile we assume that your query is regarding TS ICET. You need to pass in all subjects of your graduation on or before the Counseling and you must obtain the certificates such as Provisional certificate, study certificate and transfer certificate and you must provide the same at the time of document verification. Since you haven't obtained your qualifying exam results yet you are not eligible to participate in counseling and get seat. If you obtain the result before December 22, 2020 you can participate in second phase counselling.
