As per your question, ISRO have their eligibilty criteria like you should not be above 30 yrs old, you should have your CGPA around minimum of 6.84 CGPA  or 65 percent minimum in your professional degree. They strictly follow their eligibilty criteria as per officials as I am also going to give isro exam next year . So as per their CGPA  eligibility criteria you are not eligible to give that particular exam of ISRO so your chance to give this exam of ISRO is low.
