Yes you can still get admission in a government college for BSc Nursing with 70 percent in your plus two if you have studied Physics Chemistry and Biology. Most government colleges require you to have passed 12th with these subjects and have at least 45 to 50 percent marks depending on your category.

But getting a seat in a government college also depends on your NEET score because admission to BSc Nursing in many states is now done through NEET. If you have written NEET and scored well then your 12th marks will not stop you from getting admission.

If you have not given NEET then it depends on the state you are from. Some states allow admission to BSc Nursing without NEET through their own entrance exams or based on 12th marks.
