Yes your seat will be reserved there in management quota.But you have to get minimum marks in the exam because there is minimum number criteria. You have to just fulfill those criteria that's all.Then you will get your seat.I think those fees are not refundable.If it is not refundable then you will not get it back if you doesn't qualify those criterias.
