If the payment of the application fee is unsuccessful we would suggest you to initiate the payment once again. The application is considered to be successful only if the payment status is successful. So it is important that you pay once again. The amount that was deducted earlier will be refunded to the same bank account within 7-14 business days. If it is not refunded you can contact the bank's customer service and enquire. Please keep the details with you such as transaction date, transaction amount and transaction  number.
