Dear Riya, the last time you had for completing the final registration was 5.00pm. And an application is termed completed only after you click on 'Submit' and take a priny out of the confirmation page. Making a payment unfortunately is not the complete process. Please login and check if you are able to select the city because you already made the payment. If you are unable, to unfortunately you missed the bus this year.
