i have paid josaa partial admission fee rs 40000 and it was deducted from the account and said successful. But when i login in josaa there is no provisional admission letter and when i press the partial admission fee payment button it open the page of sumit and pay fee again. What should I do?

You don't need to worry about this matter you need to write a mail to josaa help desk or contact them through any other manner they would surely solve the problem, sometimes the clearance of payment takes more time so you can check the status later otherwise contacting josaa remains best option also keep the receipt of payment handy for future reference.
