As you said you have cleared class 12th from NIOS which is equivalent to the other boards. So yes dear student you can take admission in BSc nursing very easily but they must be other criterias other than registered board. so kindly check those criterias and also in which institute you want to take admission in BSC nursing also the marks requirement by the institute in which you want to take admission.
