Yes , you can definately apply for the AIIMS 2020 exam , if you are 17 years old atleast. It does not matter when you did your class 12 , the age is the only factor , your subjects must be physics , chemistry and biology in your respective board and you should have passed your class 12 , that is enough to be eligible for taking the exam.
