Yes. You can give aiims mbbs entrance exam. If you score minimum qualifying % criteria given in the official notification of aiims.

You need to qualify 12th with PCB and English as core subjects in order to become eligible for AIIMS UG. But, you have done 12th with PCM. Also you are giving biology exam in a different year. So that won't make you eligible for AIIMS.
