Yes, you are eligible to appear in JEE Main 2019 according to its official eligibility criteria. 

Candidates who have passed their 10+2 or equivalent exam in 2017, 2018 and 2019 will be eligible to appear in the entrance exam provided they fulfil other parameters of eligibility criteria too.
