The eligibility criteria is as follow:
1.Candidates who enrolled in their first year of undergraduate course in Basic Sciences such as Physics/Chemistry/Mathematics and Biology leading to B.Sc/B.S/B.Stat/B.Math/Int.M.Sc/Int.M.S during the academic year 2019-2020 can appear for the test.
2. They need to secure at least 60 percent(50 percent for SC/ST/PWD) marks in aggregate in Mathematics and Science in class 12 in the preceding academic year.
3. Candidates need to obtain 60 percent (50 percent marks for SC/ST/PWD) in their first year final examination before taking up the fellowship,if awarded.
