Hey nitesh,
According to your query,
You should know that every college provides the transfer certificate to every pass out student in that year but sometimes it gets late due to some reasons so basically you will get it from  the school itself in next year or hopefully you may get it this year also but you need to inform your designated school for getting Transfer certificate.
Hope you find it useful.
Thank you.

Hey Nitesh,

Yes you will definitely get your Transfer Certificate from School even after 1 year of passing as it is their responsibility to provide you these documents at any time, you will either get the original one or the copied document (for which you might have to pay too).

So I will suggest you to ask for the transfer certificate in your school as soon as possible if you are taking admission somewhere in the college.

Good Luck!
