Dear Sir / Ma'm, to be able to eligible to sit for the NEET UG, you must have a minimum of 50 % aggregate in the physics, chemistry and biology in your 12th boards with english as a subject if you belong to the unreserved category, whilst if you belong to the reserved category, the percentage drops down to 40. So, yes you are eligible.

but I SECURED PHYSICS 48 ( THEORY 18 PRACTICAL 30 . AM I ELEGIBLE FOR NEET ?
