I have passed hsc 12th grade with less than 75% . Just wanted to know What is the procedure for improvement exam for reappearing in 2019 ?

I will suggest you to also fill FE forms and see if you can get the college you desire. If you get college of your liking then there is no need for you to reappear for the exams and waste a whole year.
