So you should write 2018.
Because that is the year of passing actually.

Hello Shivam,

While filling any application form you will have to enter 2018 as year of passing since you have appeared in qualifying examination in year 2018. Appearing in improvement examination is not considered as year of passing.

So, just enter 2018 as year of passing.
