Unfortunately you cannot be eligible for NIT and IIITs and GFTIs firstky.


Improvemnt exams can be given in succeding year only.

Secondly candidates cannot appear for improvement exam if he has failed again.

So you can onky negiven grace marks if possible.
Else you need to apply to private engineering colleges via management quota where you can get admission easily based on entrance exam score of that colkege.
