I have passed my b.com exams of final semester.However my 4th and 5th sem back result is pending so what am I supposed to mention in form?

You need to simply mention marks alloted in 4th and 5th semester where you have received backlogs.
You can seek provisional certificate from your college for admission ahead in future studies.

Once you receive final marksheet you can produce all relevant documents.

A sof now you need to upload backlog marks only pr leave vacant if there is option.
