I have done my bcom but have backlogs in sem 5 due to my accident & in sem 3 have 3 Papers pending so am I eligible for my CAT exam 2018 ?

Sorry to say but you are not eligible for the CAT.
You must be pass in the B.Com. and the eligible candidate can only apply for CAT. And only pass candidate only apply and they only are eligible.
I hope you not said with my respond. But don't loss the hope dear.
