Yes you are eligible for Jee advance exam which  after qualifying you can get admission in iits.
Only 75 percent of marks is been required as an eligibility criteria for the exam.
Yours as you said is 75.2 prccnt that is enough to pass the criteria.
But remember, this aggregate of marks should include five subjects : PCM + language + any other subject .
