I have passed my H.S in the year 2015 but i got 71% I too have given JEE this year but my rank came out to be no better.

Hi Boro, the new criteria to be eligible for admission into NIT/IIIT/CFTI and also to write JEEadv is that :Gen/Obc candidates must score 75 % or should be within top 20 percentile in 12 th Board exam and SC/ST candidates should score 65 %.If you belong to ST you can appear in JEE main for NITs etc.

The new eligibility criteria is students need to have at least 75 per cent marks or be in top 20 percentile in Class XII examination if you fulfill this criteria then you are eligible otherwise you can also re-appear for 12th class if you are determined to get into NITs or IITs. ALL THE BEST!!
