First of all as of now there is no upper age limit for appearing in NEET as long as you fulfill the following criteria;

Passed 10+2 from a recognized board with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology and English as core subjects.

PCB Aggregate inclusive of theory and practical needs to be achieved against one's respective category-

• UR - 50%
• SC/ST/OBC - 40%
• PWD - 45%

Till now there has been no official announcement regarding NEET 2021 schedule, as you must be aware that Education Minister has clarified that board exams won't be taking place in the month of January/February, the confirmed exam dates are yet to be announced, this year due to covid pandemic there has been delay in the admission cycle, and it has also resulted in the reduction of the syllabus by 30% for 11th as well as 12th Standard, so overall there are higher chances of all these impacting the next year schedule of NEET, you can stay updated at the official website at ntaneet.nic.in. for latest updates regarding this.
