No, you won't be eligible to appear in the JEE Main 2021 since you will not meet the eligibility criteria of JEE Main 2021. As per the current criteria, a candidate who is currently in their Class 12th will only be able to apply for both the attempts of JEE Main 2019, 2020 and 2021. And, since you have cleared your Class 12th in 2018, you will not be able to appear.

No unfortunately you can't be able to write the JEE MAINS examination. Since you have passed the Class 12th in 2018 and you are wishing to write the Mains in 2021, so based upon your DOB it will be difficult for you to write the JEE MAINS examination.
