I have passed predegree with Hindi as second language in 1967.Can I now join a BA Sanskrit course.

For bachelor's degree in Sanskrit candidates must have sanskrit subject as their first or second language and the maximum age limit is 22 so it is not possible for you to do B.A in sanskrit regular course but if you are interested in learning Sanskrit language then you should definitely go for Indira Gandhi National Open University adopts a online centric programme .
