Yes you can change your stream after graduation in intermediate level. Anyone who pass the 12th examination and want to change stream in 12th standard examination can change his stream at all. Even it is possible after the graduation is complete. Like, after taking admission in 1st year and  after passing intermediate course one can change his college in the same university affiliated  colleges following UGC rules and norms.
