For biotechnology, you need to have maths as your main subject along with physics, chemistry and biology. Hence you can only apply for the course if you have maths as your main subject in 10+2. 

If you do not have maths as your main subject you can go for BSC in biotechnology, there are some great colleges that offer you this course inclding Bharti Vidyapeeth, Amity University, VIT etc.
