As you have said that you are getting 92% in JEE Mains And belonging to the Scheduled Caste(S.C.) Category your aprroximate CRL rank is in between 50k-75k
and Category rank is in between 2k to 3.5k.

Last Year,One Of my juniors having 90+% getting ECE at MANIT Bhopal in OS Quota., Also,one of my junior getting Metallurgy in MANIT having more than 83+% in OS quota , also he if a student can get top branch in any NIT then he can get any branch in any respective NIT.

As you have not mention your category hence I am considering it General.According to this year data with 92 percentile your rank would be around 73k - 85k and with this rank it would be impossible for you to get any NIT till Round 7 of JoSSA according to previous year cutoffs but you can try your luck in CSAB special counseling.
