your form will not be reject ,you will appear for the exam later if you qualified then you .called for counselling they ask you a proof  qualification code then you might be in risk download admit card afterthey release hope it will help

Dear Nabanita, the correction window has been closed and the next step is to download the admit cards when they are released. At this juncture, no corrections are allowed. Your form will not be rejected. You will be allowed to appear for the exam but after the exam if you are qualified and called in for counselling and you do not have enough proof to validate the qualification code you have chosen, your admission might get cancelled.
