The name of the new IIT which was established in the year of 2008 is Mandi, Hyderabad, Indore, Ropar, Jodhpur, Bhubaneswar, Gandhinagar, Patna and 3NITs Trichi,Surathkal,Warangal. The medium scorer in GATE examination for PhD candidate make it chance in these IIT and Nits for their PhD course with stipend.
