Definitely yes ,
Once after giving the improvement exam you only need to check weather you are scoring a minimum of 75 % in PCM or not.
If yes then you can definitely give JEE exam.
There is a need of certificate only at time of councelling . So there is no need to worry.

I passed Maths and all other subjects in the improvement exams, but failed Physics. Which marks will be considered for my final marksheet? Will my improved Maths score count?
