It depends upon your rank and marks, also your category aswell. However, just clearing JEE mains can never be satisfactory. You need to do good in it. If you are ready to compromise with your college then there might be a chance.

Yes, if you have qualified, you can get many colleges and through JOSAA you will get admissions. If you don't get into a government college, you can go in a private college, some of them are good. You should go in any one of the top colleges which give you the branch you prefer.
