I m pursuing mbbs in philipines 5 1/2 year course but there curiculam is 15 mnths BS n thn MD(masters in dictorate) fr 4 years but i hv to send papers for noc to MCI in 2019 acc to rule 2018 i should be neet qualified n i m neet qualified in 2017 again do i hv to cm to india to give neet cause i hv qualified with v good marks
