 Since you have already registered for round 1 , you can again go to the Uttar Pradesh state counselling page and select the registration . No need to select new candidate registration . Your first round's password and ID is valid . You can reshuffle your choice . 

Though the state has not notified the dates for choice fillings yet. Keep on checking -
