Well, if you fail to submit the documents of the category that you have initially chosen, your admission might stand cancelled and your seat will be allottes to someone in the same category after your rank in the merit list. Not to scare you, but the authorities can consider this as an act of malpractise and fraud as per the instructions laid.

what if i submit all documents i.e domicile cast certificate and ncl certificate but dont have cast validity certificate will they still cancel my seat or shift me to general category?
