Hello Aspirant,

If you had already paid the fee for allotment of first round and then applied for upgradation in round 2nd then you don't have to pay the fee again as it will be transferred from earlier allotted colleges to the newly upgraded one.

Also note that the documents that you have submitted for earlier allotment, you will have to take them back and submit it to new college, if you had reported physically and submitted your documents physically. This is because if you get an upgraded seat then your earlier allotted seat would automatically be cancelled.
