If you have a speaking problem in English, then you should not first of all feel insulted.

Being an Indian, should be well versed with Hindi language, and i hope you are.

Proficiency in English language does not simplify and reflect our education level.

Now, since you have completed your degree course, you can apply for jobs under that section, branch only. Or, you can go with Hindi teaching, or approach any company, brand that won't shortlist employees on basis of excellence in English language.
