You may and you may not get admission into MBBS. But still You have very chances of getting a seat into MBBS. Cut-offs varies from college to college and each has different cut-offs so you should check with the college for its cut-offs. You can't go for Government colleges so better give a try in private colleges. If you don't meet the eligibility criteria even try for management quota seats  if you can afford fees
