Several states treat OBCs as non-discriminatory; for example, there is no quota for OBCs in higher education, but there is a reserve for OBCs in the workforce.

When it comes to grades, it's better to be safe than sorry: a score of more than 570 will get you into an MBBS programme at a government institution.

Nowadays, even with 500+ students, getting into government institutions is very difficult.

So if you put in the effort and attempt to raise your grades to the necessary level, there is a chance that you will get admitted. The overall OBC reservation in AQ is about 27 percent of the total population.
